The water that comes out of GTA taps has dissolved minerals (calcium, magnesium, sodium) that are invisible until they dry — at which point they leave the spots you see on your car after a rain. We run that same water through a multi-stage deionization system that strips it down to zero total dissolved solids before it ever touches your glass.
Pure water is chemically 'hungry' — it actively attracts dirt and minerals off the glass instead of leaving anything behind. That's why a pure-water rinse dries crystal clear with no spotting, no soap residue, and no need to squeegee or hand-dry.
The combination of pure water + soft brush + carbon-fibre extension pole lets us safely reach 2nd and 3rd story windows from the ground. No ladders leaning against your gutters, no scratched siding, no risk of a worker falling onto your landscaping.
