Residential window cleaning is the core of what we do. Every project opens with a written, flat-rate quote based on your window count, how easily we can access them, and whether you'd like inside, outside or both. There are no hourly meters running and nothing added at the door — and for exterior-only jobs, you don't need to be home at all.
Inside, we cover our shoes, lay down clean drops, and shift small décor out of harm's way. Each pane is washed with a biodegradable solution that's safe around children, pets and houseplants, then finished by hand with a fresh microfibre. We open up every operable window to clean the sash and sill, and a touch of lubricant on the hardware usually gets a sticky window moving again before we leave.
Outside, ground-floor glass gets the traditional squeegee treatment, while second- and third-storey windows are handled from the ground with a pure-water pole — no ladders leaning on your siding or eavestrough. Frames and screens get cleaned alongside the glass at no extra charge, and we finish with a quick walk-around so anything you'd like touched up gets touched up.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clean inside and outside?
Yes — most jobs are inside + outside. We can also do exterior-only if you prefer, and you don't need to be home for the outside portion.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
For most GTA homes we suggest two visits a year: one after winter to rinse off road salt and pollen, and one in the fall to clear summer grime before it freezes on.
What if it rains after?
Rainwater is clean and won't spot a properly cleaned window. If you're not happy, we come back free.
Are you insured?
Yes — $5M liability and WSIB. Our crews are trained on ladders, harnesses and working at heights. Certificates available on request.
How long does a clean take?
Most GTA homes wrap in 2–4 hours with a two-person crew, inside and out, in a single appointment.
Can I book window and gutter cleaning together?
