Sprinklers, lake spray and run-off from concrete leave mineral deposits that ordinary cleaning won't budge. We use specialty restoration compounds and polish to chemically and mechanically remove the etching.
Spotless windows across Mississauga, from Port Credit lakefront homes to Streetsville and Meadowvale.
Hard water stains are the #1 reason homeowners think they need to replace 'cloudy' windows. In almost every case the glass itself is fine — what you're seeing is layers of mineral deposit (calcium, magnesium, silica) that have bonded to the surface from sprinkler over-spray, lake mist, or run-off from concrete and stucco above.

We confirm the staining is mineral, not actual glass etching.
Small patch first — you see the difference before we commit.
We treat the rest of the affected glass and seal it clean.
If the glass is etched (physically pitted), no one can fully restore it. Most cases are mineral build-up which we remove fully.
Adjust sprinklers away from glass, and consider a hydrophobic glass coating — we apply these as an add-on.
No — we test-patch first and only proceed when the surface tolerates the compound.
